* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.

* WHAT...For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 12. For the Extreme Cold Warning, dangerously cold wind chills as low as 9 above expected.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST Tuesday. For the Extreme Cold Warning, from 6 PM Tuesday to 9 AM CST Wednesday.
