* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 756 AM PST, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Rapid river rises will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - - At 800 AM PST, another 0.25" to 0.50" of rainfall can be expected to fall through the remainder of this morning into early afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tidal levels are increasing as a result of higher astronomical tides. Low lying areas within the San Francisco Bay Area may see minor flooding as a result during high tide. San Francisco highest tides are 7.07 ft at 9:37 am Saturday, 7.02 ft at 10:22 am Sunday, and 6.82 ft at 11:08 am Monday.
* WHAT...Flooding caused by previous excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...The North Bay.
* WHEN...Through Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Significant rainfall has occurred across the North bay with rainfall totals around 2-3 inches in the valleys and up to 5 inches in the higher elevations.
